Die Dorpshuis
was originally built in the late 19th century as a prestige residence.
Since then it was extended and became the residence and surgery of the
town's doctors and eventually it became home to a local schoolmasters.
In 1991 it became the town's first B&B and restaurant.
Die Dorpshuis is
situated across the road from a beautiful sandstone church where one of
our local residents, Noel-Jean Creil regularly does organ recitals on
request.
We have prided ourselves in living up to the name of Die Dorpshuis
in trying to create a home from home atmosphere for our clients.
We are children- and pet friendly and will try and accommodate them in
any way we can.

ROOMS CAN ACCOMMODATE:
Room 1: up to 3 persons, with shower.
Room 2: up to 3 persons, with bath.
Room 3: up to 2 persons, with shower.
Room 4: up to 5 persons, with bath and shower.

5: up to 2 persons, with shower.
Room 6: up to 2 persons, with shower.
Room 7: up to 2 persons, with shower.
FRIDGE , AIRCON & DSTV AVAILABLE IN EVERY ROOM.
Our restaurant is open from 07h00 till 21h00 from Monday
to Sunday. We prepare traditionally South African meals and have
excellent ostrich dishes on our menu.
